To ensure that all goes smoothly, please read the following carefully, as it will provide valuable information about your tour package, including game day information. Friday, September 12th

Noon – 7:00 pm CT

Hospitality Desk open and located outside of Urban Blue on the Third Floor of the Renaissance


4:00 pm CT

Check-in begins at the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel


4:00 – 6:00 pm CT

Welcome Event at the House of Blues

Saturday, September 13th

7:30 – 9:00 am CT

Breakfast available in Looking Glass Ballroom of the Renaissance


10:00 am – Noon CT

1:00 pm CT

Please meet at Millennium Station to board the Aggie Express. Shuttle will depart from the lobby of the Renaissance at 12:45 pm.

1:30 pm CT

Aggie Express departs for South Bend

Tailgate on the Train – Enjoy good bull, food and drinks onboard the Aggie Express!

Note: If you are prone to motion sickness, we recommend taking appropriate precautions prior to departure.


5:00 pm ET

Approximate arrival to South Bend Station

Motor coach transportation is provided to Notre Dame. Make your way to your assigned bus number listed on the back of your credentials.


5:30 pm ET

Approximate arrival to Notre Dame Stadium

Make your way into the stadium or take time to explore campus with the provided campus map. Along the walk, enjoy iconic landmarks such as the Golden Dome, the Basilica of the Sacred Heart, the Hesburgh Library “Touchdown Jesus” and the Grotto.

Note: There is an approximate one-mile walk from the bus drop off location to the stadium. Limited shuttle service will be available to assist guests before and after the game.


7:30 pm ET – KICKOFF

TEXAS A&M AGGIES at NOTRE DAME FIGHTING IRISH

BTHO Notre Dame!


1 Hour Post Game

Motor coaches depart for South Bend Station. Please give yourself ample time to walk or shuttle back to the bus pick up location.

Be sure to board the same assigned bus number listed on the back of your credentials.


2:30 am CT

Approximate arrival back to Millennium Station.

Sunday, September 14th

8:00 – 9:30 am CT

Breakfast available in Looking Glass Ballroom of the Renaissance


Before Noon CT

Check out of the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel. Have a safe trip home!

As a part of an ongoing commitment to safety and security, aligning with the best practices at major entertainment and athletics venues, the University of Notre Dame instituted a Clear Bag Policy for Notre Dame Stadium, including Corbett Family Hall, O’Neill Hall, and Duncan Student Center during home game Saturdays and varsity sporting events in all athletics facilities.
